Is no churn ice cream easy to make?
Yes, no churn ice cream is simply frozen whipped cream, with addition of sweet condensed milk, fruit, vanilla bean or caramel flavouring and it’s frozen for longer period of time to stay solid.
Is it creamy and fluffy ice cream
Yes definitely it’s very creamy and fluffy, because of the whipped heavy cream, before it will be frozen. There is no requirement of stirring the ice cream, while it freezes. You only need to either cover it with plastic food cover or close it with airtight cover. So the freezer won’t dry out the humid molecules which keeps this ice cream so creamy.

What do I need for no churn ice cream
- heavy cream 35%
- sweet condensed milk
- fresh strawberries
- strawberry jam
- loaf pan
- parchment paper (optional)
Basically only 3 ingredients are needed for the no churn strawberry ice cream. And it’s heavy cream, sweet condensed milk in can and fresh or frozen strawberries. I have added another ingredient to make this strawberry no churn ice cream more intense and it was a strawberry jam.

How to whip up no churn ice cream at home
Whip the heavy cream until it starts to form stiff peaks. With stand mixer, it will happen quite quick, so make sure you do not over whip the cream. Only then add slowly sweet condensed milk in the whipped cream and fold it in gently.
Strawberry jam makes very intense sweet strawberry taste, so now you can fold in also strawberry jam. Every ingredient needs to be carefully folded it, because if you would continue whip the ingredients, the heavy cream would over whip.

The last two ingredients we will add, is strawberry cut in mini pieces. I strongly recommend adding little of a texture with fresh strawberries. It tastes much better. Make sure strawberries are cut really on small pieces, you do not want to bite on huge piece of strawberry hard as a rock.
And the last, but not least, for the beautiful look, add strawberry sauce swirls. It looks much more aesthetically with bright red strawberry colour on the top of the no churn ice cream. Toss a few clean and stem removed strawberries in the blender and blend strawberries until smooth sauce.

- Before whipping the heavy cream, make sure your heavy cream is really well chilled. For better and quicker whipping, place also kitchen bowl and whipping attachment in the refrigerator prior whipping (30 minutes before).
- Cut the strawberries in very small pieces, to avoid large frozen chunks of fruits.
- You can use any kind of fruit or flavours in this no churn ice cream recipe. My favourites are blueberry, salted caramel and matcha.
- Before serving the no churn ice cream, let it soften on kitchen counter for 15-20 minutes.

NO CHURN STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Equipment
- loaf pan 9×5 inch
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream 35%
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1 cup fresh strawberries cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberry sauce (not sweetened)
Instructions
- In a stand mixer with whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in, gently with spatula, sweetened condensed milk, until it's fully incorporated.
- Add strawberry jam and fresh strawberries, cut in small pieces, fold it in gently.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and scrape the cream mixture into the pan. Drizzle fresh strawberry sauce over the cream mixture and with a toothpick make swirls.
- Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze for 6 hours, or until the ice cream is solid.
- Before scooping let the ice cream in room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften, otherwise it will be too hard to scoop. Enjoy it with your favourite waffle cone.
