This is the classic homemade pumpkin latte recipe. It is the only one you will ever need. Simple and quick with just 6 ingredients you already have at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% regular cow milk (optional coconut or almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin purée optional
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice mix
  • 1 cup strong hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce (optional)

Homemade mix for Pumpkin Spice

  • cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • teaspoons ground cloves
  • teaspoons ground allspice

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan add milk, pumpkin purée, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice. Heat it up over medium heat. Do not boil.
    2 cups 2% regular cow milk, 2 teaspoons pumpkin purée, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice mix
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in prepared in advance coffee. Pour the hot liquid in two coffee cups.
    1 cup strong hot coffee
  • Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce (optional) and sprinkle with cinnamon or more pumpkin spice. Enjoy it!
