- 2 cups 2% regular cow milk (optional coconut or almond milk)
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin purée optional
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice mix
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce (optional)
Homemade mix for Pumpkin Spice
- ⅓ cup ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 1½ teaspoons ground cloves
- 1½ teaspoons ground allspice
In a medium saucepan add milk, pumpkin purée, sugar, vanilla extract and pumpkin spice. Heat it up over medium heat. Do not boil.
2 cups 2% regular cow milk, 2 teaspoons pumpkin purée, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice mix
Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in prepared in advance coffee. Pour the hot liquid in two coffee cups.
1 cup strong hot coffee
Top with whipped cream, drizzle with caramel sauce (optional) and sprinkle with cinnamon or more pumpkin spice. Enjoy it!
