STRAWBERRY MIMOSA FOR 2
Refreshing drink with strawberries and processo. It's super simple, and it takes just 2 ingredients. Fresh strawberries (or strawberry liqueur) and sparkling wine or prosecco.
Servings: 2 glasses
Ingredients
- 2 shots (3 oz) of strawberry liquor
- 2 cups (16 oz) of Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 2 medium fresh strawberries sliced or cut in half
- 2 medium strawberries for garnishing the glass
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar for garnishing the glass
Instructions
- Rim the champagne glasses with sugar (wet the edges either with a wedge of lemon or with water and dip them in granulated sugar).2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- Pour the strawberry liqueur in each glass and top with sparkling wine.2 shots (3 oz) of strawberry liquor, 2 cups (16 oz) of Prosecco or sparkling wine
