VALENTINE'S CHOCOLATE CHIA SEED PUDDING
This chocolate chia pudding is a healthy Valentine's treat. Top it with your favourite fruit or cookies for an extra flavour.

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate milk chocolate or 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek yoghurt
- fresh raspberries for decoration your favourite heart cookies
Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup together in airtight container.
Whisk until well combined. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
Melt dark chocolate in microwave and mix it with a spoon into the chia seed pudding mixture.
Layer the chocolate chia seed pudding in 2 glasses, up to three quarters of the glass. Then add a few spoons of Greek yoghurt.
Top with raspberries, mint leaf and few heart cookies.
