This chia pudding recipe is very versatile and very simple to make. You can top chia pudding with your favourite chopped nuts or dark chocolate.

  • 1/4 cup white chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Organic Vanilla Yoghurt or plain
  • Fresh fruit berries & dragon fruit


  • Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup together in airtight container. Whisk until well combined.
  • Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
  • Layer chia pudding in two cups, up to three quarters of the glass, then top with organic Greek vanilla yoghurt.
  • At the end wash fresh berries and top with fresh berries or other sorts of fruits. Enjoy it.
