CLASSIC CHIA PUDDING WITH FRESH FRUIT
This chia pudding recipe is very versatile and very simple to make. You can top chia pudding with your favourite chopped nuts or dark chocolate.

- 1/4 cup white chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Organic Vanilla Yoghurt or plain
- Fresh fruit berries & dragon fruit
Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup together in airtight container. Whisk until well combined.
Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
Layer chia pudding in two cups, up to three quarters of the glass, then top with organic Greek vanilla yoghurt.
At the end wash fresh berries and top with fresh berries or other sorts of fruits. Enjoy it.
