RAFFAELLO COCONUT BALLS
Sweet coconut flavoured candy balls. Perfect edible gift for your loved ones. It Requires as little as 3 ingredients and are done in less than 15 minutes.
Servings: 30 balls
- 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
- 2 cups (250 g) unsweetened shredded coconut
- 30 blanched almonds
- extra shredded coconut for covering
In a medium bowl, mix condensed milk with shredded coconut and let it harden in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
With a measuring spoon take approximately 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll in between the palms of your hands a small ball.
Push inside blanched almond and cover the coconut ball in extra shredded coconut. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve chilled.
Store in refrigerator, in airtight container and consume within 10 days.
