This chocolate chia pudding is a healthy Valentine's treat. Top it with your favourite fruit or cookies for an extra flavour.

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate milk chocolate or 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek yoghurt
  • fresh raspberries for decoration your favourite heart cookies


  • Combine the chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup together in airtight container.
  • Whisk until well combined. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
  • Melt dark chocolate in microwave and mix it with a spoon into the chia seed pudding mixture.
  • Layer the chocolate chia seed pudding in 2 glasses, up to three quarters of the glass. Then add a few spoons of Greek yoghurt.
  • Top with raspberries, mint leaf and few heart cookies.
