STRAWBERRY MIMOSA FOR 2

I am loving using fresh fruits in cocktails, either its fresh strawberries in this strawberry mimosa or other citrus fruits, like lemon, lime or orange are such a perfect combo in cocktails. You can substitute for any kind of fruit juice in this recipe and it will always make a great refreshing mimosa cocktail. This is recipe is made for 2 glasses/ 2 persons.

- 2 strawberries for garnish the glass
INSTRUCTIONS
- Rim the champagne glasses with sugar and pour the strawberry liquer in the glasses, top with sparkling wine.
- Add the strawberries in the champagne glass and garnish the last 2 strawberries on the glass.
LA PALOMA COCKTAIL

La Paloma is in Mexico, the most beloved drink. I didn’t know until I have visited Mexico myself. While we were on a vacation in Playa del Carmen in Riviera Maya, me and my husband couldn’t get enough of this refreshing cocktail. Addition of grapefruit and honey gives this drink the perfect level of sour and sweet taste.

CHOCOLATE COFFEE DRINK

I am always preparing this creamy drink for Christmas Eve, but because it’s so lovable and creamy and yes I am a big fan of Kahlua, I am making this drink for New Year’s Eve afternoon. I am actually adding instead of short shot of espresso, Longo or filtered coffee into this drink this time, which will make my afternoon coffee little more cheerful!

CANTALOUPE AQUA FRESCO WITH RUM

Another refreshing drink not only for summer parties. Usually during the summer I used watermelon, but this time I am using cantaloupe to add more creaminess to this refreshing Mexican drink. Agua Fresco means fresh water, which refers to fresh watermelon water. I like it better with shot of white rum to cheer up my New Year’s Eve!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cantaloupe, cut into chunks
- 2 shots of white rum
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tsp fresh lime juice.
- 1 slice lime and piece of cantaloupe for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the cantaloupe to a blender and purée until mostly smooth.
- Add rum and honey and purée until incorporated and smooth.
- Strain of its pulp.
- Rim with sugar cocktail glass and pour over ice.
- Garnish with slice of lime and cantaloupe in shape of a star.
CHAMPAGNE WITH DANCING CRANBERRIES

Classic, fabulous and most loved flute of champagne with dancing cranberries. Frozen cranberries will keep your drink cold and if you don’t like the sugar on cranberries, just simply freeze it without the sugar. This classic will never get out of style.

- Frozen cranberries covered in sugar
- Fresh rosemary
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash cranberries and cover them in sugar, freeze them for 2 hours.
- Pour the champagne in flute glasses.
- Add frozen cranberries in the champagne and garnish with rosemary.
CRANBERRY MIMOSA
